Most exterior work is not one service. A house that needs the roof done usually needs the gutters cleared while the ladders are already up, and the driveway is rarely far behind. Bundling them into one visit costs less and disrupts you once instead of three times.
Every surface gets its own method. Concrete and asphalt take real pressure. Shingles, siding, cedar and older decking do not — those get a low-pressure soft wash where the cleaning solution does the work and the water only rinses. Using the wrong one is how driveways end up striped and fence boards end up furry.
